Dear Patterson Irrigation District water users and Landowners,

Recently the California Department of Water Resources has made a determination that the Groudnwater Sustainability Plans that were submitted representing the Delta-Mendota Sub-basin was determined to be inadequate. As we are feverously working towards addressing this determination, its anticipated that our representatives may have a few questions regarding this and how we are moving forward.
